EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

CAMPUS, The Campari University, paired with us to create an exemplar video conveying best practice when conducting coaching meetings. The video was utilised at Campari’s annual convention as a cornerstone of the training programme for their top managing staff.

CLIENT BACKGROUND

Campari Group are one of the top players in the global beverage industry with a distinct taste for style and a reverence for their rich history. It’s presence can be seen across over 190 countries.

CAMPUS, is Campari Group’s dedicated corporate university, designed to foster continuous learning, development, and innovation within the organisation. It serves to empower Camparistas (Campari Group Employees) with the knowledge, skills and competencies required to excel in their roles and drive business growth.

OBJECTIVES

GOALS: To exemplify the GROW model, provide clarity and education for Campari managers

CHALLENGES: Conveying the specific principle of GROW within a short and engaging video while having the subjects appear natural and real.

APPROACH

We collaborated with the head of CAMPUS and an high level HR partner in order to construct a framework to shoot around. Opting to utilise an improvised conversation between our two subjects rather than a script in order for the interaction to be smoother and more natural. We than took all that was improvised and trimmed it in editing in order for it to be concise and engaging, while maintaining the key informative points.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Pre-Production: Concept and story development, location recce

Production: Filming over half a day in a single location with a small crew.

Post-Production: Editing, graphics, colour grade, sound mix and subtitling.

SOLUTIONS PROVIDED

We utilised multiple cameras to capture both subjects simultaneously allowing them to improvise naturally without repetition. This hereby allowed for their performances to be organic allowing the final video to be more engaging and the message better conveyed.

CHALLENGES

Challenge: Small widow for shoot using Camparistas as video subjects.

Mitigation: Optimised scheduling and precise pre-production alongside clear on set directing and constant collaboration.
